Happy Birthday Reid

I photographed Reid for his 2nd birthday. He is the happiest, cuddliest little thing and I love every time I get to hang out with him and his sweet family!

Lucy: Six Months

Lucy is six months old! This is my favorite baby age. She's squishy and wears her thoughts and feelings all over her face. 99% of the time I know exactly what she wants. 99% of the time what she wants is me.

Our co-sleeper/bassinet has gone practically unused. I love sleeping with my babies. Nothing feels more right than cuddling and nursing in a big comfortable bed. But I know this a mentally malleable time to transition her from our bed into her own. She's sleeping next to us just fine.

She rolls over, babbles and laughs and grabs for everything. She just started eating pureed bananas, apples, pears, sweet potatoes, yogurt and rice cereal. Six months is everything it's cracked up to be.
